Delete your account

This guide will take you through the process to delete your Pckgr account.

Overview

This guide will walk you through the steps required to delete your user account. Before you proceed, please note that you will need to manually remove any companies you have added to the system. This is an important step to consider as team members may still be using these companies.

Pre-requisites

Before you can delete your account, ensure the following:

  • You are logged into your account.

  • You have remove any applications from Pckgr (Optional)

  • You have removed any companies you had added (Optional)

Procedure

Step 1: Removing Companies

Here's how you can manually remove any companies you've added:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to My Companies from the main dashboard.

  3. For each company you have added, click on the Remove button. This will completely remove the company and its associated data from the system.

Please repeat these steps for every company you have added before proceeding to delete your account.

Please note that if there are active team members using the companies, it will also be removed for them.

Step 2: Deleting Your Account

Once all companies have been removed, you can now proceed to delete your account:

  1. Navigate to My Account from the main dashboard.

  2. Click on the Delete Account button.

  3. You will be asked to confirm your decision. If you're sure you want to proceed, click on Confirm.

Note: Once you click on confirm, the account deletion process will begin. This action cannot be undone.
