## Pckgr for Intune Pricing Tiers

### **Starter Plan (Supports up to 100 Devices) - Single Tenant ONLY**

**$49/month** OR **$499/year**\
The Starter Plan is tailored for small businesses, supporting up to 100 devices, and includes:

* Access to 1000+ carefully tested applications ready for deployment from our Private Repository.
* Automatic updates for applications, ensuring your devices stay up-to-date effortlessly.
* Ability to request applications to be added to our library.
* Unlimited users.

### **Professional Plan (Supports up to 1000 Devices)**

**$99/month** OR **$999/year**\
Designed for medium-sized businesses or Managed Service Providers (MSPs) managing up to 1000 devices, the Professional Plan offers everything in the Starter Plan, plus:

* Multi-tenant support; unlimited tenant connection, allowing seamless management across multiple client environments.
* [MacOS](/getting-started/creating-deployments/repositories/macos.md) application deployment, powered by Installomator, which enables managing macOS alongside Windows devices in Intune.
* [Policy Manager](/extra-features/pckgr-policy-manager.md) tool, allowing users to sync their Intune policies to the Dashboard and manage them across mutliple tenants; cloning, backing up, deleting and linking policies to templates to detect drifting over time. A platform to assist in the management and up-to-date compliance of policies in Intune.

### **Business Plan (Supports up to 2500 Devices)**

**$149/month** OR **$1,499/year**\
Designed for larger enterprises or MSPs managing up to 2500 devices, this plan includes all features from the Starter and Professional Plans, along with:

* The ability to deploy custom applications, offering tailored deployment solutions to meet specific business needs. [Custom applications](/extra-features/custom-applications.md) can be uploaded, tested, and securely deployed, making it ideal for organizations with unique software requirements.
* [Security Dashboard](/extra-features/security-dashboard.md) tool, creating simple patching and vulnerability management workflows from your Defender data within Intune. Detect, decide, patch and reduce vulnerabilities all from the same dashboard.
* Priority Support

### **Custom Pricing for Enterprise (More than 2500 Devices)**

For businesses requiring support beyond 2500 devices, we offer Custom Quotes based on device count and all Custom Plan users will have access to the full suite of Pckgr features, including dedicated support. Please contact us at <support@intunepckgr.com> for a personalized quote.

Custom Plans are annual subscriptions only.

## Upgrading Your Plan

If your device count exceeds your current plan's limit, you will need to upgrade to the next pricing tier. This can be done directly from your dashboard however if the device count exceeds 2500 it will need to be upgraded by the Pckgr team.

Similarly, if your device count drops below the lower plan's threshold, you can change your subscription to the plan below via the Billing portal on the Dashboard.

## Payment Methods

Pckgr offers two payment methods for subscriptions. All billing is managed through the Billing Portal available in the Dashboard.

### Overview

Users can manage subscriptions, access invoices, update payment details, and upgrade plans directly within the Billing Portal, which is powered by Stripe.

Pckgr supports the following payment methods only:

* Card payments
* Bank transfer for annual subscriptions

No other payment methods are supported.

### Card Payments

Users can securely add a credit or debit card through the Billing Portal.

Card payments support both monthly and annual subscriptions. Payments are processed automatically based on the selected billing cycle.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by [deleting](/support/delete-your-account.md) the account.

### Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is available for annual subscriptions only.

This option is not available for monthly plans.

To arrange payment via bank transfer, users must contact [support](/support/pckgr-support-channels/pckgr-chatbot.md) to request this option. If required, Pckgr will provide banking details and any supporting documentation needed to complete the payment.

### **Pricing Structure**

Pckgr offers competitive pricing within the market and therefore offers the same pricing structure for all our users. Due to our affordable services for all, we do not offer discounts for Education, Non-Profit Organisations or any other other situations.
