You do not need to give Pckgr Global admin rights, only Read/Write permissions to allow apps to be added and deleted. Pckgr uses the least privileges required as per best practice.
Sign up for a Pckgr account.
Go to the Pckgr Dashboard.
Select the 'My Companies' Tab.
Click the 'Add Company' button and enter the name of the company you would like to deploy apps to.
Select 'Connect to Intune' to link the tenant to Pckgr.
You will be redirected to Microsoft. Pckgr will request permissions to deploy applications to your Tenant.
You can now deploy applications to the tenant you just connected.
Create a Pckgr account in the 'sign up' section.
This is not a client's email address, but one which you as the user have access to.
From this account, you will be able to add in your Intune tenant(s).
Once you have created an account, you have access to the dashboard.
Clicking 'My Companies' link will give options to add and connect tenants to Intune from this Pckgr account.
Clicking on 'My Companies' opens up this screen below where tenants can be added or removed from this account.
Tenants connected to this account will appear in the dropdown menu at the top of this section.
Click 'Add Company' and enter the tenant's company name.
The company you just added can now be found in the dropdown menu. Select the company you just added to begin connecting it.
Selecting McDonald's and then clicking 'Connect to Intune' will send you to Microsoft's account page.
You will need to select your .onmicrosoft account.
The account will need to have Global Administrator Access.
Select the Microsoft account you want to link with Pckgr (will need to be an .onmicrosoft account and the account will need to have Global Administrator access). Adding your Microsoft account will present you with the Microsoft permissions page (below image).
Intune Pckgr goes by the trading name of 'Milkybyte'. Other similar SaaS products have also been created under Milkybyte.
If you are happy with the permissions (the least privilege possible), you can accept to connect the tenant and Intune Pckgr.
By opening 'My Companies' you will see each company's Company Name, Tenant Name and Verification Status.
Great, we are connected to Intune! Now you can begin deploying apps to this tenant!
Log in to your account.
Navigate to 'My Companies' from the main dashboard.
Select the company you wish to remove from the dropdown, click on the 'Remove' button. This will completely remove the company and its associated data from the system.
Please note you need to remove the app registration from Entra ID before you can delete the Company successfully.
